Housing associations

At Sow the City, we have seen the positive impact that green spaces activities have on communities. We love getting involved in neighbourhood projects and encouraging residents to come together, spend time connecting with green spaces, learn new skills, and develop as a community.

“I was very impressed with the project and am keen to look at ways in which we can build on it next year.”

Karen Mitchell, Chief Executive, Southway Housing Trust

We run one-off workshops and events as well as larger strategic programmes, such as food growing projects involving the co-ordination of local champions and multiple partners across your housing area.

  • We can help to promote your project through innovative engagement techniques reaching the wider community.
  • We run community events with educational and fun activities and provide group volunteering opportunities for residents.
  • We have lots of experience of working on partnership projects with residents’ groups.
  • Sow the City are able to provide accredited food growing and practical workshops teaching new skills and encouraging positive environmental change.
